  • Vehicle search details, such as information on the vehicle you are interested in, including your anticipated method of payment (e.g. lease, loan, cash, down payment, budget), characteristics of vehicles of interest, information on past or current vehicles, general location (e.g. city) of desired transaction, date and time of desired transaction (e.g. appointment time at a dealership).

Information automatically collected

Technical and Usage Information, such as your type of browser and operating system, IP address, unique device identifiers, personal and online identifiers, device type and the pages or features of our Site you browsed. Cookies, which are small text files that are stored on browsers or devices by websites, apps, online media, and advertisements. We may use the terms cookies to refer to all technologies that we may use to store data in your browser or device or that collect information or help us identify you in the manner described above. How we may share your personal information

With your consent, where required, we may share with or disclose your personal information to:
  • Vehicle dealerships, including for example, to provide the dealership with information about your vehicle search, such as information necessary to respond to your inquiries, recommend vehicles for your consideration, to facilitate a test drive or to otherwise provide our Services to you or to address an inquiry or complaint;

  • Third-party service providers helping us operate and improve our Site, by assisting us in providing physical infrastructure, data backup, security, storage, hosting, customer support, performance monitoring, data analysis, event logging, information technology, digital and other marketing.

  • Third-parties who assist us in processing the data to help us improve the contents of the Site, compile aggregate statistics Site visits and send you advertisements;

  • Payment processing providers to process your payment and assist in the prevention of fraud;

  • A buyer or a successor as part of, or during negotiations of, a merger, restructuring, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets;

How we protect your personal information

The security of personal information is important to us. You can change your mind at any time about your election to receive such marketing communications and other promotional content from us and/or having your personal information processed for direct marketing purposes. You may use the opt-out/unsubscribe function located within each email of this nature, or your may contact us and tell us to not communicate this information to you. We will process your request to opt-out of these marketing messages as soon as possible.
